My company is a fairly new concept in the Joplin area. The purpose of my business is to help the homeowner get their home ready to sell or get ready for that all important OPEN HOUSE that sometimes overwhelms the homeowner because of lack of time, due to busy schedules.

My services consist of, but not limited to making sure the CURB APPEAL is there to IMPRESS the prospective buyer, by planting flowers and sprucing up the appearance of the exterior of the home.

Next, I would move inside the home and clean the home (if needed), as well as, organize the closets.

Another service I offer is to �de-personalize� the home by putting away family pictures, toys, clearing counters, etc.

and they cannot, if they still see the home
as yours. �

New placement of furniture helps to maximize room sizes as well as �neutralizing� paint colors (which we do paint) are sometimes necessary. The difference between what I do and what your Realtor does, is they only offers advice, I actually do the work for you. I will do as much as you want or as little as you want.

My fees start at 25.00.

If I am hired I wave that fee. I started this business out of listing my own home for sale and staging it. I loved doing it and saw a need for it here in this area.

I have lived in the Joplin area for 30 plus years. I have two beautiful daughters and three wonderful grandchildren.
